MASAYO OKAMOTO

Interested in dance since early age Masayo tried many forms of dance. She also experienced synchronized swimming and drawn to the complexity of the way of expressing emotion which is different from that of floor dance. At the year 2006 she discover pole dance, another form of dance that is not like floor dance. But this time is not performed in the water but in the air.

In May 2007 she established a pole dance team called PLD. Not just sexual appeal nor just a pole dance, she decided her own style to be an art form and acrobatic entertainment.

2nd price of pole dance contest 2007(pair number) at Kansai, Finalist of Miss Pole Dance Japan 2008, Pole Fit 5th of International Pole Dance Fitness Championship 2009, Pole Fit Runner Up of International Pole Dance Competition Pole Stars in Manila

She established POLE DANCE FITNESS STUDIO Sweetpi-A in Nara in July, 2010.
